The Medic is the UNATF faction's healing unit. While the Private is capable of minor first aid, it's the Medic that makes up for the bulk of the healing. The Medic can not only heal units, but has an emanation causing nearby units to gain large boosts in their HP regeneration, allowing them to slowly restore their HP on their own. This stacks with multiple Medics, allowing you to enforce your army with such.
Usage[]
The medic is best mixed in with your units, so as to allow the other units to benefit from the Medic's healing emanation. Because it's attack is fairly weak and not the most efficient to use, it's a better idea to place healing as a higher priority over attacking.

The Medic is produced from the Ops Facility.
